Program director Cyndy Tinsley has been with the L.O.O.K. summer enrichment program for all of its 25 years. Starting as an instructor, Tinsley took over the reigns when founder Mark Otterson passed away in 2002. At least one if Tinsley's three children have either been students or instructors for every year of the program's 25-year history. "My heart is in this kind of thing," says Tinsley. The program, which serves approximately 300 children, always runs the last two weeks of July.
